Our services include mindset coaching sessions, live workshops and consultations aimed at raising economic awareness and upgrading your mindset. Upon booking a service, you agree to pay the applicable fee.

Refunds and Rescheduling for Services

Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment. Sessions may be rescheduled once without additional charge if requested at least 3 days before the original date. Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable due to immediate fulfillment of the service.

Informational Products

Informational products include online courses, downloadable guides and digital workshops.

Refunds for Informational Products

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, use our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. After the 14-day period or once access has been granted, purchases are final.

Goods

Physical goods include books, branded merchandise and other tangible items sold on econaura.info.

Refunds and Returns for Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt, less any shipping fees. Customers may opt for an instead of a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Econaura shall not be liable for any indirect or special damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the service, product or good in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
